We are fortunate to have Jerry Bellamy. He is a retired Catholic Priest on inactive status. He performs marriages in the capacity of a Non-Denominational Minister. I have been performing weddings throughout the Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties since 1971. I do speak Spanish. I also celebrate Quinceaneras.
