The popular A Bay is located near the entrance to Waikoloa.  ANAEHOOMALU BAY, North from Kailua-Kona on Queen Kaahumanu Hwy (Hwy 19) to Mile Marker 76. Turn left at Mile Marker #76. Turn left at road across from Kings' Shops.

A long crescent of white sand - fronting the Waikoloa Resorts. A popular spot for windsurfing - many archaeological sites including two fishponds and a large petroglyph field. Good swimming, diving & snorkeling.
